From posting a request to completing a mutual transfer — and what happens at each step.
Create a profile with your name, phone number and home city, and confirm your email address. Registration is open to users aged 21 and over. You can also sign in with Google and fill in the rest afterwards.
A listing states the city you send from, the city the money is needed in, and the amount band. Add a comment explaining timing, currency and any conditions — listings with a clear comment get answered faster.
Browse the board or wait for requests on your listing. Open a counterparty’s profile and read the reviews from their earlier exchanges before you commit. Contacts are exchanged only when the listing owner accepts a request.
Agree the rate, the exact amounts and the meeting place directly. Complete the exchange, then leave a review — that record is what lets the next person judge whether to deal with either of you.
The board searches routes in both directions: a listing for Dubai → Moscow also answers a search for Moscow → Dubai, because a mutual exchange needs exactly that mirror. If no listing matches the exact city pair, the search widens to the destination country rather than showing nothing.
Your phone number and contact method are never shown on the board. They are revealed to one specific person, once you accept their request — and the contact details are frozen at that moment, so a later account deletion cannot break a deal in progress.
